BALLVILLE TWP. BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING

The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an application from Jeremy and Amber Addair, 148 Wisteria Drive, Fremont, Ohio. Variance request for above ground swimming pool which will be only 5 feet from the neighbor’s lot, instead of the required 10 feet. Also, they wish to reduce the setback of 10 ft. to 5 ft. from their house. Chapter 331 states: Accessory structures requiring permit shall be no closer than 10 feet from the principal building.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an application from Fremont Board of Education, Lutz school. Variance request for parking which will on be 79 spaces for cars instead of the required 102 spaces for cars. Chapter 420, Section D, states: Churches, Theaters, Places of Assembly – one (1) one space for each six (6) seats.
The purpose of the third hearing is to consider an application from Steven and Stephanie, 2300 Buckland Ave., Fremont, Ohio. Variance request for a Home Occupation; Section 400, Chapter 490, for a one chair salon.
After each public hearing, the Board of Zoning Appeals, within a reasonable time, shall either approve with conditions or disapprove the request for a variance. Any appeals from a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be made to the Court of Common Pleas.
