I am writing to inform Ballville residents with Toledo Edison as your provider, an electric aggregate program has been provided by Ballville Township, Within the next month, you will be receiving a letter from Dynegy, the electrical company who we contracted with for the aggregate program. It will be a letter to OPT-OUT of the program if you wish.
