Zoning Public Hearing

The Ballville Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendments to the Ballville Township Zoning Resolution, which are authorized under Section 519.12 of the Ohio Revised Code. The hearing will be Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 5:30pm. The hearing will be held at the Ballville Township House, 2220 Tiffin Rd.

Proposed above parcel classification changes from A – Agriculture to M – Manufacturing After the conclusion of the public hearing the Ballville Township Zoning Commission will submit their recommendation to the Ballville Township Trustees for their action on the proposed request. This notice is being published as provided in Section 519.12 of the Ohio Revised Code.
