You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed with the Trustees of Ballville Township, Sandusky County, Ohio that high grass/weeds are growing on the property located at Tucker Road, Fremont, Ohio and is in violation of Section 505.87 of the Ohio Revised Code.
An investigation and view of said premises was made and it was determined that there is reasonable and just cause for complaint and the Board has further determined that maintenance of the vegetation is a nuisance. Tall grass or weeds are in excess of 8 inches tall.
You are notified that you have seven (7) days to remove and clean up the property located at Tucker Road, Fremont, Ohio. If the property is not cleaned up, the Township will provide for the removal by employing the necessary labor, materials and equipment to perform the task. All expenses incurred by the Township shall be certified to the County Auditor for collection.
