The Ballville Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendments to the Ballville Township Zoning Resolution, which are authorized under Section 519.12 of the Ohio Revised Code. The hearing will be Tuesday, August 5 at 5 pm. The hearing will be held at the Ballville Township House, 2220 Tiffin Rd. The proposed amendments are available for review at the Ballville Township House from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.
The proposed resolution changes are as follows: Article 48 (Zoning Inspector), Article 50 (Board of Zoning Commission), and Article 55 (Penalty).
At the conclusion of the public hearing the Ballville Township Zoning Commission will submit their recommendation to the Ballville Township Trustees for their action on the proposed amendments. This notice is being published as provided in Section 519.12 of the Ohio Revised Code.
