The purpose of this hearing is to consider an application from Robert Turner, who is seeking a Special Use Permit to operate a Kayak rental at the Fremont City Reservoir, 2791 Buckland Ave. Fremont, Oh. , Parcel No. 10080004600. This permit would also include the Portage Canoe Livery, River Rd., Fremont, Oh., Parcel No.100800000800.
All Covid-19 safety precautions will be followed.
After each public hearing the Board of Zoning Appeals, within a reasonable time, shall either
approve with conditions or disapprove the request for a permit. Any appeals from a decision
of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be made to the Court of Common Pleas.
