TO ALL BALLVILLE TWP. RESIDENTS,
Ballville Twp. Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Wednesday, November 15, 2017, 7 P.M. at the Twp. House, 2220 Tiffin Rd. Fremont, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is consider an application from Phillip and Jillian Estep, 1503 Buckland Ave. are requesting a variance that Shed remain in the area that it currently located, which is in the set-back area.
After each public hearing, the Board of Zoning Appeals, within a reasonable time, shall either approve with conditions or disapprove the request for a variance. Any appeals from a decisioin of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be made to the Court of Common Pleas.
